Julio’s Food on the Move
Julio’s Food On The Move is a 1968 30’Airstream camper converted into a food truck. Julio loves serving the customers a taste of Puerto Rican food such as homemade beef empanadas, tostones or maduros (fried or sweet plantains), red or black beans & rice with mojo pork (mojo criollo is as a marinade for meat & poultry. The sauce is a combination of orange & lemon juices, lots of garlic and spices. Marinated for as much as a day. The goal is to saturate the meat with as much flavor as possible to create a succulent result of the pork that is roasted, grilled or sautéed.)
Occasionally Julio serves “specials” like Chicken Fricassee or Arroz con Pollo (chicken & rice) or Baked Bean & Cole Slaw. Also offered are: a Pull Pork BBQ sandwich, Nathan’s Beef Hot Dog, Italian Sausage, Sausage Dog, Corn Dog, Angus Beef Burger, Chicken Sandwich, and Cheese or Regular French Fries. Lots of choices on the condiments, drinks and chips.
