Mr. JB’s Barbecue

Out of the love for slow smoked meats came the culinary inspired brisket and bleu. A whole brisket that is marinated, seasoned, and then slow smoked for at least 15 hours, sliced and topped with caramelized onions, jalapeno peppers and bleu cheese placed on a freshly made bun.
